Relegation Battle? Yep in an earlier confirmation of meditation in my own experience, I was on college ice hockey intramural teams at a university and noticed my own developing equanimity from meditating in being able to skate away from non-meditating opponents escalating and wanting to fight within hockey play and then letting them take the penalty time. It was very clear with replication and so clear that a scientific chart could have been drawn up and paper published in a peer review journal on it. Sport not exactly the sort you would associate with doing TM.
