Yes, the double standard is amazing - Whenever we invade another country, we
expect a quick victory, followed by a corporate restructuring of the country's
assets, so that we can exploit it - Wars are no longer about protection, they
are now used to open up new markets.
It really throws a wrench into the works, and screws up the cost/benefit ratio,
when these invaded countries don't cooperate. So then we pretend that they are
less than human, so that we can continue to feel good about killing them.
I get it, though I think this kind of behavior puts our nominally Christian
nation on a level beneath those we attack for profit. I can appreciate that you
