The guy in L.A. is definitely white, name James Wesley Howell. Sounds like a Christian name to me.

You know, after the mass shooting in South Carolina, much ado was made about a picture of the shooter with a Confederate flag and it has been banned in public places all over the country as a symbol of hate. Time to ban the Koran from public places for the same.
