I have only recently returned from a two month visit to India. During
which time I spent time with a team of neurosurgeons who have the
ability to perform cutting-edge technical intervention to deal with
life-threatening aneurysms without so much as cutting a hair on the
head.

If any of my comments here or anywhere else were construed as
disparaging Indians generally, then that would be highly unfortunate.
India needs the utmost support & specifically financial assistance to
deal with severe problems of poverty affecting health.
