 It should be interesting what kind of phenomenon these students will attempt 
to prove.  Specifically, there was a rishi in the Srimad Bhagavatam who was 
able to create a flying mansion studded with precious stones for he and his 
wife to live in.  How can the potential candidate prove this in the physiology?
 

 IMO, the Vedic stories are the allegories for a specific jyotish techniques 
the ancient rishis wanted to convey.  The concept of the 64th navamsa can be 
traced to a story of Krishna and his brother in the S. Bhagavatam.  There are 
many others that can be gleaned from reading these Vedic stories.
