Has anyone trademarked ‘Mindfulness’ Meditation yet? Trademarking often is used as a barrier to entry. Like happened in effect with ‘re-certification’ in signing of trademark and business agreements within TM and its teachers, ..then pretty soon one might see lawsuits against interloping mindfulness instruction.
