 IMNSHO, that suutra (te samaadhaav upasargaa, vyutthaane siddhayaH) solely 
refers to the previous suutra (on the divine hearing, touch, etc), not at all 
to all the other the siddhi-suutras. PataƱjali seems to emphasize that by using 
a finite verb form (jaayante), which (finite forms) are almost non-existent in 
yoga-suutras, and probably many other suutras, too.
