After I pick my son up from school, I’ll either do a barre class, SoulCycle, or 
go to the gym. I’ve been so bad lately but one of my favorite things when I get 
into a routine is Transcendental Meditation. It resets the clock and gives you 
back your energy. It’s great midday or mid-afternoon. It’s also great to do 
when traveling
