this is a description of the day to day experience of someone who has followed
Maharishi's teaching. He is not a recluse or trying in any way to be egoless.
He is a sucessful person in the marketplace.

I am the pervasive exuberance in the oneness of Self-awareness. My
individuality shines as the glow of a wakefulness and knowingness that is
utterly soaked throughout shimmering personal-to-Cosmic unity.
Altogether my awareness interconnects and flows as the sound and sight of a
heavenly vision of forms, shimmering as audible interconnecting bliss. I feel
this attention-consuming phenomenon throughout my body and environment, all the
way from Absolute expansion to my fingertips.
A Self-luminous, unbounded knowingness, within a cosmic package of
understanding, expresses uniquely throughout the entire range of my individual
awareness and creates a simultaneity of clarity that keeps everything as my
particular experience. This universal reverberation of totality Self-actualizes
as my own singular nature and replicates its own vibratory knowledge throughout
all the layers of my awareness.
I particularly experience these tangible sounds and sights in the wonderful
clarity of the celestial or devata geography of my consciousness. I see a
heavenly current of perception that is always present—as if quietly layered in
between a continuum of Self-awareness and daily experience.
I am universally surrounded and saturated by everything I experience:
unbounded awareness surrounds me; knowledge surrounds me; the divine fields are
visibly around me; even the functioning of my senses and body are a physical
presence throughout all of this integrated experience. In my regular activity,
there is always a primary area of focus and a secondary focus; similarly, in
the celestial areas of my awareness, there is also a primary and a background
focus; depending on my attention in regular life, the divine personifications
are usually my secondary focus."
