In my opinion, and my experience, I did get a lot of "spiritual"*. Not that this is a requirement, but I did get a fair amount of "face time", but I think there was plenty there anyway. Now, some will argue about whether or not it was spirituality, and that is a discussion that has been re-visited a thousand times, and nobody's mind is likely to change. Seems an awful lot of time was spent trying to get people to conform, threatening them, asking for $$ etc. Eventually it seemed most of the best people just left. The money aspect was, or at least became, very cultlike, and quite annoying, (to put it mildly). And yes, without a doubt the best people left, or at least moved on to other endeavors, although I think many still value the time they put in. Many do not, I'm sure. *Then again, for me, on a personal level, a lot of spiritual was just the desire to "clean house". I had traits I wasn't happy with, and would get in the way of being happy and (somewhat) balanced.
