Astrology as a malefic.  For career and politics, Rahu can do well for Biden at 
the expense of accepted religious principles.  Perhaps, this is the reason why 
Biden supports abortion to get  the votes of feminists and the LGBT crowd.  He 
might even support some socialistic ideas in order to get  the votes of 
minorities and the labor unions. It all depends on how the American people will 
sway during election time.
