I hear every now and then that the TMO has sold a piece of real estate for a certain amount but nobody ever tells us how much money they sunk into it. How much the put down, how much they actually paid including interest, taxes and insurance. How much they were fined for  keeping an eyesore and lack of maintenance. I can't help but believe that they are not making the "killing" they want TB's to think they are.
