Well at least you can say they have lawyers--whether they are savvy or not I guess is a relative thing. With everything copyrighted or trademarked and them trying to protect them, I think they are pretty savvy. At least it appears that way--which is not to say I support all this stuff, it seems bizarre to be putting copyrights on rituals or herbal medicines, etc. As bizarre as putting a copyright on the Catholic Mass of the eucharist.
