Britain got on MMY's shitlist when blair got reelected, which upset MMY because blair supported the iraq war. Of course, bush and the US were the prime movers of that war (with blair-britain along for the allied ride), which means the US should really be at the top of the shitlist, which it isn't because the US is still supplying MMY with most of his million dollar course participants and Britain isn't.
