And using Western Medicine after a heart Attack, has some strong 
sideeffects, that may effect MMY and his personality. The people I 
know that suffers from a Heart Attack is more nervous and irritable. 
So his sickness may have developed negative tendencies that already 
was there. Maybe he lost some illusions himself? Just speculations.
