That's not true at all. The most obvious change took place during the Reagan Administration when military suddenly was counted in the employment figures. And there are plenty of signs that theings are not all great. Check to see the supply/demand for things like drug rehabilitation, job retraining, and so on. ------------------------ Yahoo!
