Actually it was the *overuse* of smiley faces that was criticized in that instance, because they seemed insincere and/or juvenile. If you put smiley faces after nearly everything you say, they lose their meaning. And a smiley face following a clearly hostile remark is hypocritical. ------------------------ Yahoo!
