These were popular in the late 1970's and early 1980's with a bunch of TM'ers who followed Dr. Donald Kelly's Metabolic program (now run by Bill Wolcott who used to run the Seattle TM center). You are supposed to use organic coffee and it is supposed to be a high enema where you use about an 12-18" extension that you had to coerce a hospital pharmacy into selling you.
