The "track record" is just not there for anyone

to trust his intuition or judgment.  I would 

suggest that it doesn't seem to work very well.

Methinks the rishi needs new glasses or a better Ouija board.

Heck, the guy's worshipping icicles on his windowsill, make that laser surgery.
