I'm not sure that, if nobody on this forum knows for
sure whether MMY graduated from college, it means
almost no one has ever bothered to question what they
were told.  Seems a bit of a stretch to me.

I know I always questioned whether an undergrad degree
in physics (even if he had had one) justified the claim
that he was a "scientist."
