You see its very interesting and amazing, yet need a pure heart to be able to follow the path.
A pure heart is a heart that does not hurt others through writing , speaking , acting ,
and .... etc.
and .... etc.
And the heart attains that status in practice and through devotional techniques.
Heart here means the very subtle part of the physical one.
