The story I heard was MMY said three six-month courses, these being the six-month courses that were just before the sidhis came out, should be enough to enlighten a horse.
A friend of mine was on the very first citizen sidhis course, in South Fallsburg in August 1977, and told me one of the capitol ladies there told me he should have CC pretty much wrapped up by the time he finished the eight weeks of sidhis. He was looking forward to living life in unity consciousness by Christmas.
