Thanks, Mike Scozzari Yes, a date is set to go to court. The TMO has taken the time to let the courts decide if their trademark has been violated. The points of the complaint will need to be addressed by my attorney. I don't need dirt - I have a great team of legal advisors. The long history of TMO use of the trademark will speak for itself. For those that care to see TM continue, it would be wrong to assume that my loss would not set precedent. Remember, in 40+ years such a case has never been tried in the U.S. If TM can't be taught for a reasonable price it's already dead. The fight to give this to all the teachers can win but it's not free. The PDF my supporter mentioned in an earlier post today can be emailed to you.
