Or imagine calling yourself a distributor for a company that 
no longer recognizes you as its agent. I'm afraid sparaig has 
a point here. 

I'll be interested to see how the legal argument plays out. 
As former litigator Tom Newmark pointed out back in the 
days of Malnak v. Yogi, legal arguments don't parallel other 
kinds of arguments. What sounds like an airtight
case philosophically may fall apart in court, where
other rules apply.
