Yes, I have always found it curious when people say someone
is 'dead'. I am not saying this is what the poster above meant, but
I always interpret it as an emphasis on material life. I have had
several experiences with those no longer here on earth that were
very much alive. I personally use the term 'passed on' or 'passed
away'. I also find that it is as easy to tune into those who have
passed on, if we have a valid reason to, as it is those on earth.
Somtimes easier, because there is less mental clutter surrounding
them.
