You're equating rape with adultery and sexual harassment. W/o
any
evidence against a man with no history of violence you have to be more
dubious of a rape charge than the lesser charges. I was still
somewhat connected to DC politics when clinton came on the national
scene in 91 and his sexual escapades were well known by everyone, as
were the escapades of many political figures -- this type of behavior
used to be very common among powerful men in politics - rape however
is a whole different story and those accusations have to met with more
skepticism unless evidence is provided.
You've also not responded to my post regarding the dozens of other
criminal allegations -- drug trafficking, murder, murder coverup,
financial corruption, etc. -- made by your sources throughout the 90s
(which seem to be the rush and drudge crowd) against the clintons, all
of which were not only false, but absurd. The rape charges came from
the same PR noise machine, which was well funded and organized.
