But you could very well be right about UP--while the park itself looks OK, some of the trailers have become a real eyesore, old and dilapidated.  But anyway, I did mosey on over there this morning to see, and, sure enough, all of them are facing east, the front ones right into a row of trailers, the back ones into the front ones.  I sure hope whoever buys them  likes his neighbors a lot--the houses are *real* close together, with just a few feet between them.  Anything resembling a yard is pretty much out.

I thought the facing east thing was so the morning sun can hit your house. How can it do that if another house is a few feet away?

An excellent question, Rick.

Why don't you truck on over and take a look, when you have the chance? Maybe I'm missing something that you might be able to see, but it sure looks pretty cramped to me. Also, the foundations are really small.
