My yogic flying block experiences ranged from nice to truely horrid. I had the 3rd-worse
physical sensations of my life, rivaling my near-fatal brush with mononucleosis (yes you
CAN die from it) and my distinctly unpleasant brush with pneumonia (which was not quite
as bad as the mono).

I assumed that the Yogic Flying-block experiences were unstressing also. I've also had
experiences during yogic flying where I ended writhing in sensationless apparent agony,
or screaming out loud or both, while experiencing witnessing of a non-blissful nature.
Witnessing ala TM or witnessing ala stress-related derealization? Who can say?
