As was pointed out, AOL's focus is the pranayama technique. However, they do teach a meditation technique as well. I learned it about 12 years ago, and the puja sounded just like the one used in TM initiations, the mantra given to me was one that is found on the various online TM mantra lists, and the technique instruction was basically the same as TM. As for my AOL experience, I liked the people in the org; they struck me as having a lot more heart than TB TMers. However, the hyperventilation pranayama was not to my liking, and the new mantra was never as charming to my mind as the old TM mantra. My impression of seeing SSRS in person is that he answers questions with giggles and spiritual-speak non sequiturs. All in all, not my cuppa. ------------------------ Yahoo!
