MMY by leaving out a lot of tradition and culture leaves many westerners clueless about the tradition and culture. Other organizations don't do that and teach these things. You can very well have westerners doing the pujas, homas, etc. if you just teach it to them and especially give them a course on Indian culture that most Indians grow up in. Today most young Indians would rather have a computer than a puja set.
