Er, not really.  There's "that internet" and "your own
personal internet":

That's one internet per person, apparently, plus
"that internet."

And then there are the internets that get sent
back and forth:

To be fair, he probably just inadvertently said
"internet" when he meant to say "email."  And
you can sort of figure out what he means by "What
happens to your own personal internet?"

And then later when he talks about the Internet
being "a series of tubes," he probably means
"pipes," which is more or less accurate.

So he's more terminologically than conceptually
challenged.  But still...
