So for the final record, you hold that there is a non-zero probability
of flooding of coastal cities due to global climate change, yet you
feel there is absolutly no problem from global climate change and
nothing should be done to mitigate the possible damage if its
cosxt-effective -- on a risk-adjusted basis to do so. if so, enough
said. No need for me to read further.
