No, that the DSM-IV identifies unstressing and calls it relaxation-induced anxiety. Unstressing comes from ANY form of relaxation, according to MMY. The deeper the level of rest, the deeper-rooted the stresses that are healed, and the more intense the corresponding mental activity.
