Seriously and honestly? I wouldn't put it past them. I doubt if they have THAT much clout though. Not even Cheney has that much clout. Remember, the reason why there were American mercenaries burned to death in Iraq was in universal outrage and retaliation for the American mercenaries using faux-explosive bullets that could kill a person with a butt shot due to the vaporized tissue hitting the rest of the body --imagine basketball-sized holes appearing in someone from a single bullet...
