You're almost right. I'm not, as you point out, complaining about people who characterize their activities as "flying," even if they're not.
I'm merely attempting to hold the TMO accountable for their dubious claims about their ability to teach people to "fly." We hold companies accountable in this country for making false claims about products they offer for sale. "Flying" is a product; it's for sale. It's bogus. The TMO knows it.
