Shiva Bala Yogi arrived in FF a couple of days ago for a visit. Seems to be the meditator's kind of guru. Meetings start with an hour long silent meditation. Fun perceptive guy too.
The next few nights he will have programs at the Devi Mandir temple on Burlington Street. 7:30pm. There was a nice crowd of some of FF's brightest last night at a meditation and reception with Shiva Bala Yogi. Very nice to be able to meditate with a group like that and a saint in Fairfield.
