If the 20% + rise increase over the next 6-10 weeks did occur,
breaking its normal deviation from its long run trend, and assuming
the course continues that long, and if after the end of course the
index declined back below its long-run statistical trendline, it
would be noteworthy.
If this pattern were repeated 3+ times in the US -- and additionally
in a few other countries with major securities exchanges -- then a
Yogic Flying company, perhaps with an exclusive licence for Maharishi
Effect technologies from the Peace Governement organizations, might
well be in a position for an impressive contracts with entities for
whom securities market growth is crucial: the (now public) securities
exchanges, brokerage houses, and large hedge funds. Such a YFco's
earnings stream and potential would be an issue -- and
"tricky"/problematic in its breaking new ground as a business model.
However, such business models could include contracting with these
financial firms for "Market Enhancement" fees.
As a hypothetical example, its possible YFco could raise
long-term-contracts (5 years+) , averaging $50 million from two
exchanges, and $10 million from 20 brokerage firms and large hedge
funds, totaling $300 annual revenues.
This $300 million/yr could be used to fund Peace Projects throughout
the US, with a portion used for international development. Other
countries could fowlow the same business model for development funds
in their countries.
Another further option is to issue an IPO, (initial public offering)
issuing stock for a public YFco. Assuming fairly low operating
margins, profit margins could be above 70%. With contracted, highly
stable, earnings of $200 million/year, a 25 P/E (price to earnings
ratio) would not be unreasonable. This would yield $5 billion in the
IPO. The YFco could assume a 50% debt ratio, thus issuing long-term
debt equal to its equity. Thus would yield a total of $10 billion,
within a year or two, for Peace Project in the US.
Assume about 1/3 is used for international development (a reasonable
and insightful strategy, given many companies on US exchanges are
international in scope), this would translate into $6.5 billion for
US projects, and 3.5 billion for international projects. This could
fund construction, furnishing, equipment, etc, for 250 Peace
centers, at $25 million plus each -- and 125 such internationally.
Each center would have a core operating budget of about $2.5 million
towards staffing, promotion, product development, advertising,
reseach, etc. ( $100 million -- operating expenses from the contract
fees, across about 375 + Peace Palaces). Various Peace courses and
product sales at the Peace centers
could produce, potentially, substantial more for its operating
operating budget. $100,000 salaries/benefits/personal development
savings for 3-5 Peace Palace administrators and $50,000 for 30-50
full-time, permanent, YF's would be quite feasible with such an
operating budget.
After five or so years, with and establishd network of Peace centers,
seasoned administrators and YFs, a new round of IPOs and bond
financing could be pursued, multiplying the inital wave of funding and
development by a factor of 2-3. Thus In 5 years, in a phase II,
500-750 additional Peace centers could be built, again with with
operating budgets for 30-50 YS and administrators.
Thus, in about 7 years, 1000 Peace centers, with a total of 50,000
permanent YFs could be established.
Similar proportional development could be achieved in the UK, EU,
Russia, Japan, China, India and Brazil, Australia - and other major
players in world markets.
All of this would be "feasible", at least with the realm of realistic
possibilities, if
* the present course "yields' the pattern of a 20% + rise in the
S&P or other major index over the next 6-10 weeks , that is, the
index breaking out of its normal deviation from its long run trend
* if after the end of course the index declines back below its
long-run statistical trendline
* This "intervention / no intervention " were demonstrated 3+
times in the US
* additionally, the cycle were demonstrated in a few other
countries with major securities exchanges
