I love watching Bourdain, too, although I would never eat half the stuff he eats! Bourdain LOVES any internal organ of ANY animal...yech! I didn't see the India episode which aired a few weeks ago but my yoga teacher did and she said it was wonderful: die-hard carnivore Bourdain was apparently very moved by the vegetarian foods he was cooked while there.
