No. I’m not doing the Sidhi program these days. I did it for 25 years, largely out of a sense of obedience. I didn’t enjoy it much compared with regular meditation. I still do that a couple of hours a day, but using a mantra Amma gave me.
Do you want to?
No, for the reasons just stated, and others. They kicked me out a few days after 9/11, during a similar drive to get the numbers up, because of my Amma involvement. I’m even more involved with her now, so if I were to return to doing Maharishi’s programs as taught, I doubt they would let me in. They would probably also require that I shut down FFL, which I wouldn’t do, and would give me a lot of grief about things I and others have discussed here. Rather than feel contrite and apologetic over my activities, I would be inclined to put them in that position, demanding an explanation for the way Maharishi and the movement have behaved over the years. David Hawthorne tried to get back in the dome during this recent push, and was told he would have to give up his jyotish consulting. So nothing much has changed. __._,_.___
