I don't think the idea will be to use 10 to 20 megaton bombs on Iran and wipe out hundreds of thousands of civilians. If it boils down to a military solution the idea is to use very small tactical nukes on bunker busters that will penetrated deep into the nuclear labs under ground before exploding, minimizing casualties above the surface while wiping out any infrastructure underground. Fortunately, these bunkers seem to be far from major populated areas. Of course if it doesn't have the complete desired results, Iranian leaders could probably buy a nuke from North Korea, if they haven't already, and seek revenge.
