Yes, I believe that is the teaching, but I'm wondering with all of   
statements, regarding the 'group practice of flying',
and how this will help save the world, etc.
Sometimes it seems that we get off track;
Thinking too much of levitating, or the group practice.
And perhaps forgetting the goal of meditation is to become enlighened.
I am sure this was  Maharishi's goal when he was with Guru Dev;
And to gain full enlightenment;
I am sure he was not that much interested in levitation;
Or any specific abilities, other than full enlightenment.
And I would imagine his desire to be with his Master;
Would have dominated any desire for to have a group practice;
So, anyway, just some observations...
