This is absolutely correct, and what many of us found after a number of 
years doing the Sidhis...TM was supposed to be 20 mins 2X/day, that was 
it.  To me, that's a reasonable amount of time to spend if you feel 
you're getting the benefits (ie, relaxation).  Then MMY came out with 
the Sidhis, and all of a sudden it was a *lot* more time than we had 
spent before, but very few (to my knowledge) felt the purported 
benefits were any greater.  In fact, some have said they felt they were 
starting to slide backwards. I personally felt that sitting on your 
butt for 2 hours a day during the most active years of our lives was 
inherently unhealthy.  But nonetheless, I did do them for 13 years.  
Now I just practice plain old TM and feel much better.
