That was Kropinski. I'm sure Bill has run into that one on Trancenet. Of course, Trancenet doesn't mention that all but one charge was thrown out. It was settled out of court. Of course, the courts don't have the expertise or authority to decide whether something is a religion or not; not even theologians agree on that. What the court did was decide whether TM/SCI fell under the constitutional definition of religion for First Amendment purposes, a rather different level of decision.
