That was my guess. It also makes sense in terms of why Latinamericans (such as Mexicans) have not been asked to help out - it's a WASP kind of thing. Regardless of whatever Karma might or might not have been created in the far past (like before modern history came to life), there is in my mind no doubt as to who the baddies are today.
