These would be country's that have a long history of having an integrated and tough military..
 As well as and almost artistic interpretation of tactical warfare.
These old cultures can use their former military might, now to bring peace.
I only think it's right.

I think the Germans and Japanese have something in their constitution about not sending their own troops beyond their borders. Although I think the Germans have some troops in Afghanistan. I'm not sure exactly how they worked their way around that. Right now the main countries want to send troops are Islamic countries. If I were Israel I would feel like having a knife against my throat with that offer. Nepal has offered and India would be good if they wanted to make the offer. Neither country is an Islamic state yet have Islamic minorities.
