Well, the second shloka, or whatever, looks rather "easy":

sarvaM hyetad.h brahmaayamAtmA brahma so.ayamaatmaa chatushhpaat.h ..

(without sandhi, in slightly different transliteration [Harvard-
Kyoto'ish: shh -> S; A -> aa; etc]:
sarvam; hi; etat; brahma; ayam; aatmaa; brahma; saH; ayam; aatmaa; 
catuS-paat)

This Brahma(n) [is] verily everything, this aatmaa (aatman) [is]
Brahma(n), this aatmaa [is] He(?), divided into four parts.

(Funny, "-paat" is pronounced almost exactly like English
"part", although they most probably are NOT cognate words.)
