Lawson, I may have misundertsood you, but what triggered my response
was the following sentence of yours, Message #112532:

'.. there wasn't anything like "pay attention to the mantra in a
certain location." ' And of course I didn't insinuate that one had to
hold one's attention at the spot of a chakra, but a physical spot anyway.

Rubbish, in how much did, and were exactly did I change my 'tune'? I
was only describing my own experiences, which had nothing to do with
the technique at all. Don't get all defensive for nothing.
