The world wants dialoge, not bombs and Bush. No, Bush left the Iranian situation up to the Europeans to negotiate years ago. They said "we need America to step in and help with their influence because Iran won't do what we want". Of course everybody knows what "influence" is requested, "Saber rattling",,just like the Balkans situation. And we all know how that turned out, American troops requested to settle a European mess and American air force power to attack Serbia all of which was requested by Europe through NATO.
