We are not asking you. Quite the opposite; we are trying to prevent
the americans from making even bigger fools of themselves by bombing
Iran. The world wants dialoge, not bombs and Bush.

No, Bush left the Iranian situation up to the Europeans to negotiate years ago. They said "we need America to step in and help with their influence because Iran won't do what we want". Of course everybody knows what "influence" is requested, "Saber rattling",,just like the Balkans situation. And we all know how that turned out, American troops requested to settle a European mess and American air force power to attack Serbia all of which was requested by Europe through NATO. Perhaps sanctions would have worked against Saddam had European countries observed them instead of undermining them.
