I was very delighted to hear about the objective measurement of invincibility, the Brain Wave Card that Dr Hagelin mentioned. This is the physical, scientific way of measuring the physical value of invincibility. The non-physical value of invincibility is the value of consciousness invincibility. `In America, we will have a card to indicate how much of the total brainthat means how much invincibilityis lively. In India, we have a subjective measure. What is the subjective measure of invincibility? What measures the invincibility of consciousness? It is measured by thought realizing its purpose. `A thought wave is a wave of consciousness. A wave of consciousness rises as a desire. If it is fulfilled, it is on the level of invincibility. It has successfully sorted out its passage through all the obstacles, and did not bother about the obstacles; it hit its purpose. In India, invincibility is measured by Sankalpa Sidhi, which is a word that means the fulfilment of desire. This is the subjective measure of invincibility in India. In America now, this can be measured by a card, the Brain Wave Card that has been mentioned. It is very beautiful news for the world that the subjective aspect of invincibility is measurable, and the objective aspect of invincibility is measurable. `At this time, I am very happy to proclaim that the subjective path of gaining invincibility and objective path of gaining invincibility are never two. They are one, the same one, the same unity of consciousness and bodyconsciousness, self-referral, and body, object referralthe physical body and mental consciousness. Our approach to create a world on the level of invincibility is through the use of total Natural Law which has been very beautifully described, analyzed, and explained today by Dr Hagelin, the greatest scientist of all times. He has very beautifully described this, and the essence is that the invincibility of every nation, which we are going to offer, is subjectively and objectivelyin principle and in practice completely total, thorough. `We are not entering into the wildernessinto the forestwithout knowing where north is and where south is. We know where we are going. We are completely confident that we are going to create our world completely free from negativity. And what is it? Subjectively and objectively, in both ways, in one word it is invincibility. Another word is fulfilment. Another word is affluence. `Affluence, fulfilment, invincibility, freedom from problems, and freedom from anything that is negative have been our offer to the world for the lastwhathow many weeks could I go back? How many months could I go back? How many years could I go backfifty years? Little by little I had to feed the world. Now, I have reached the point where Totality is declared to be available for every individual and for every nation. `I want to give you the practical level of thinking that I have said and am proclaiming to the world press today. When will the world press know that invincibility is practically achieved? When? I am taking a country. I am taking a big countryalmost the biggest country. I am taking India. When India shows signs of invincibility, then my practical programme will be known to be successful . `I am giving a measure to the world press today. I have started. In starting, I had the background of a little start. I had the example of how all the rivers and all the oceans get flooded. By what? Drops, drops, drops of rain, drop by drop, raindrops, drops, drops, drops. I have been creating drops of coherence in individual consciousness all these years and all these times. `Now I am taking one of the biggest countries in the world, and I am asking the world press to observe when India rises to be a Vedic India, enlightened India, India of knowledge. This we will know from what the government of India does, because the nation can only be evaluated on the basis of the activity of the government. So when the activity of the government is coherent, offering freedom from suffering, freedom from violence, freedom from differences, and when the Indian government is a beautiful mosaic of differences, then the World Government will tell me, "Yes, what you have been promising has been realized in one country, India." `I would count this as the stepping-stone in the family of nations. What will happen is: when a lamp is lit, it goes beyond boundaries, it spreads. It depends on how powerful the light is. When India, a country of a billion people, is all positive, free from strains, free from problems, free from suffering, what will happen? The environment of India, which is the whole world, will begin to breathe life in ease and comfort. `I am picking India because India has its roots in the Veda. The whole universe has its roots in the Veda. Veda is the Constitution of the Universe. Not only India, but the huge, unlimited expansion of all the galactic universethe ever-expanding universeis governed by cosmic intelligence. So the Constitution of the Universe is the Veda. `In India, there has been from times immemorial a class of people known as Vedic Brahmins. What have they been known to be? They have been known to be on their daily routine, which is different from other people's. Their daily routine is centred in one word, Dharma duty. Other people's routine is centred in little, little things, either a few coins, some money, or some friendship, some appreciation, some very isolated values. But this class of Vedic people has that total knowledge of Natural Law, the Veda, in its Totality and in its expanded version. `In its Totality, the Veda is contained in one syllable, "A". In the expanded version, they see the Veda in all the different values of varietyan infinite number of diversity. India is a country where this class of people is maintaining, to whatever extent, the essential, total value of Natural Law. `A lot has been distorted by foreign rule in India. We say, "That was the time, and the time does it." It does not matter if a lot of fruits and flowers and leaves and branches of the tree are distorted. The seedinside the seedthe hollowness, which is nothingness, can never be distorted. `Like that, the basic commander of the universe, the basic Constitution of the Universe, the Veda, cannot be disturbed. It is eternal, transcendental, and self-referral. There the Smritis, the memories, are. It is the ocean of memory, which is Purana. It is Purana, Smriti, and Shrutithe Veda that one hears. This whole wonderful treasure house of all knowledge and all potentiality of dynamic action is contained in the brain of the Pandit. `We have heard what a brain means today from Dr Hagelinthe total brain. In this scientific age, the total functioning of the brain can be measured by a card. I was very delighted the first time I heard about the objective measurement device for the brain functioning. The brain functioning from the consideration of consciousness is on that level, which is all-pervading infinity, pervading all the galactic universes. How many galactic universes, suns, moons, and all are there? But that can be measured by the Brain Wave Card. `It is a very good discovery. It is very timely. It is very timely that even in the objective activity, we can see who is the actor, who is acting. It is the total brain of the human being. The brain, the total brain in the human being, is lively, on that level of consciousness which is the field of all possibilities. `This is practically demonstrated by the Vedic Pandits through the word "Yagya". "Yagya" means "Ya", "Gya". "Ya" means which; "Gya" means knowledge, Gyana. Which is Gyana, Yagya means Gyana. The process of Gyana, what Gyana is, is the bundle of Gyana. What Gyana is, that Gyana, is knowledge. What knowledge is, what Gyana is, is Yagya. `This Vedic Tradition has been kept lively in the field of Yagya performance. Yagya, this chanting, is Yagya reverberating in the field of speech, Yagya being performed in the field of objective substances. It is a tremendous field of skill of taking something, performing it through a special technique, and producing something. It is this, and then another side is taking nothing, just thinking, and creating something. On the other side is thinking something objective and transforming it to something else. That means total capability, total capabilitythe master of all dynamism. Where is this total capability? Absolutely in eternal silence. `The seat of the Veda is in silenceTranscendental Consciousness. Through Transcendental Meditation, the human mind accesses that area which is a field of Total Knowledge, which is a field of total possibility of action. This is human potential. `Let the American experts know that this is human rights. World press, inform those people about human rights. . . . Human rights are Total Knowledge in action, Total Knowledge with the ability to perform. We are going to demonstrate it on a national level. `I cannot say what time it will take for Indian national consciousness to be Vedic consciousness. . . . We are changing the quality of collective consciousness. What will be the change? Harmonious world consciousness. . . . `Administration should be there to bring harmony, peace, prosperity, freedom, and evolution. . . . Now Dr Hagelin has a card. He will use the card and see what is the level of a senator's brain functioning. `Indian law has been made by people who had no knowledge of Veda. Now I am asking the leadership of India to be wiser than the previous generation. I have been asking, and now I am stopping asking; I am producing that effect. I am giving a standard of my success to the world press today. When the Indian government is governed by Vedic Law, by the law that is universal law, helpful to everyone, no partiality, no fighting allowed . . . then India will be a Vedic India. It is going to be soon. ``Quietly, Vedic Pandits are going to start performing their rites and performing their Dharmawhatever is the Vedic way of life. A thousand people, one Lakh of people, will be good enough to maintain Vedic India. Vedic India will make Vedic Asia. And it will make Vedic Africa, Vedic Europe, Vedic America, and Vedic Russia. I am starting with the biggest country, so no one says, "Oh, that was a small country." No, let it be fair to the dignity of knowledge. It can handle any big range, any big authority, any big responsibility. So why not hit high? `What will the Vedic Pandits be doing? Quietly, they will be doing their own daily routine, which they have inherited from their parents the Indian Vedic routine of life. The Vedic routine of life is "Brahmachari" (celibate), then householder, then Vanaprastha, and then Sannyasi. These are the divisions of life. The whole thing has become completely upset; I am completely aware of it. I am aware that the tree may be spoiled, but the seed will always remain. Inside the seed, that nothingness will always remain. In the whole reality of the philosophy of life, the unmanifest, the transcendental, the unified self-referral, is an eternal reality. It will remain. `The Brahmins of India, through their Yagya performances will bring the transcendental into the functioning, behavioural level. It is the Yagya philosophy that brings out the transcendental into the fields of behaviour. The whole thing is going to be so fortunate for everyone. When the light is lighted, darkness disappears. Darkness will not go by fighting darkness; darkness will simply go [laughter] and will simply disappear with the onset of light. `In the Vedic terminology, we bring Satoguna, coherence in the collective consciousness. Then the Rajoguna and Tamoguna, these disturbing elements and these unfortunate things, will simply disappear once the onset of light, Sattva, comes. `So Vedic Pandits are awake now. . . . I am creating that coherence in Indian national consciousness which will spread to all countries. All countries are going to do it. I am not going to talk; I am not going to explain. I am not going to explain, because Dr Hagelin has already said today that there are holes in the brain. They are not capable of understanding; they are not capable of listening. They have not been educated in the Veda. . . . `Sanskrit is the Vedic language which is the language of the transcendental field. There is the Veda. Veda is the reality of the transcendental field. Through Transcendental Consciousness, it is more and more clearly experienced, more and more thoroughly experienced in one's own self-referral consciousness. `It is a beautiful thing. When I say, "India", do not be surprised. I say, "India" for two reasons. One reason is that this is the home of the Vedic Traditionthat class of people whose life is Vedic. Howsoever distorted it may be, the seed is there. With that seed, we will make the whole tree which means the whole national consciousness, Vedic. It is going to be soon. Those, who are in this tradition, know whatever they have learned of their tradition from their parents is the eternal reality, the Veda. They can create anything from nothing. Creating everything from nothing is just that you think, and the thought gets materialized. `This is Vedic Knowledge. You sit at the basis of everything. Take your mind to Transcendental Consciousness, and think from there: a little thought immediately gets materialized. That is how the whole creation gets created. And it is being administered from that transcendental level, from that holistic level. `We have seen from Vedic authenticity, and now from the objective, scientific authenticity, that the human brain has that competence. In the language of the brain physiology, we say "total brain". All the fibres, all the aspects, all the gaps between the fibres are all functioning from that level which is the ocean of all memory. That is Smriti, and that ocean is eternal. Nitya Apaurusheya is the word for it. It is eternal, and it is unmade, because it is as it is always. `That is the ultimate reality which is eternal always. That is in the possession of this class of people who are called Vedic. It was badly ignored, but it does not matter. Anyone who ignores that value has naturally fallen into suffering. The Dharma of everyone is the duty of everyone, the right of everyone. That is human right. . . . `Now Indian thought is that which the Vedic Pandits of India are going to generate through their quiet daily routine. It is not a matter of publicity. My achievements in India or anywhere else have not been on the basis of publicityno. They have been on the basis of actuality. `Publicity means that different people may look upon this differently. I never minded. What I minded was the actuality of the relaxed, healthier state, and the broader thinking that develops in the individual. Now, that is going to develop in every nation. `I am aware of the power of this whole knowledge, and the home of this knowledge is in India. So I am starting from there, and I am demonstrating the effect. People have been asking me, throughout all these ten, twenty years, "If you say it is so good, what about India?" I said, "You wait till India has started it." They know India is my country; I come from India. They want to know, "If it is so good, why have Indians not started?" I said, "It is not a matter of Indian, American, British, Japanese, or German. It is a matter of whosoever will do it. Wherever the light is lightedwhether in Germany or in France or in Englandwherever the light is lighted, the lamp will be there. Anyone who does not put on the light lives in darkness." It is a very simple thing. `The Vedic Pandits in India have been highly demoralized by the administration of India, and by the government of India. But now, they are telling me they can produce any effect we want, because of Sankalpa Sidhi, which means "the fulfilment of the desire", the fulfilment of so many innumerable desires. All desires are fulfilled through Yagya. Yagya is that Vedic performance, and they know it and have been doing it. `Many have tried, but their food was not good, or they were living in wrong homes. Vedic Pandits must live in homes designed by Sthapatya Veda. There is a system of designing homes, and very broadly, they should be east facing, sunrise facing. There are just ten, twenty rules to follow. But in India, because of so much foreign rule, whatever they learned and know in architecture is what they build. There are all kinds of theories of architecture, but the essential quality of a house is that it helps an individual. Just as a body is the expression of the total cosmic reality, his house also is an expression of total reality. If it is dislocated from Natural Law the results will not be right. `Indian Vedic Pandits have to be provided with Vastu housing according to the Veda. Today, I ask the press to look at the capitol buildings of every country. Dr Hagelin, ask the press in every country to see the layout of the capitol buildings of their nation. According to Sthapatya Veda, the buildings must be very wrong. `There is a universal standard. Give them those five, ten points of Sthapatya Veda. You are the president of the Peace Government and you want every government to be a Peace Government. You have a right to suggest to the governments to examine whether the buildings of their offices, the buildings in which their ministers live, and the palaces of the president are according to the Vastu architecture or not. Tell them that as a result of their governments are functioning wanting to do maximum and not able to do maximum. They are not able to have their parental role substantiated for the people. What is the reason? The reason is that they are living in wrongly designed homes. `Let this go on when I am creating this effect. It is not only the daily routine of the people, but where they are living and what their diet is. If there is a body of water on the south or west, if the river or water is flowing in the wrong direction, or the ocean is there on the west or on the south, then definitely quarrels will continue absolutely everywhere. Let this be verified. Tell them, "Why struggle? Demolish your old capitols, demolish your old residences, and you will be absolutely functioning with the parental capacity to shelter your people, to give protection to your people, to give a life of health, wealth, and wisdom to your people." `Tell them that I am not talking philosophy. I am talking practically of how invincibility will dominate in any countryin India also. As long as the Indian government is living in the old buildings of the Parliament, the government will never come out with right thinking, that is all. . . . `When the Vedic Pandits raise Sattva in consciousness, immediately a wave will come. A wave will come such that even those who are there will find a way with their budgetsnational budgets, state budgets, or city budgetsto demolish all this. India will be renewed on the physical level, on the mental level, and on the spiritual level. Then we will know the light of Total Knowledge. The light of Total Knowledge will spread to all the nations. All the nations will do the same thing. Now, when you ask a man to do this and that, if he is living in a wrong Vastu, with wrong architecture, he can never listen to you. `We are on a very sound basis. It is our joy to proclaim and give to the world press a level of evidence, and know that I am successful. Veda is the Constitution of the Universe, and the Vedic Pandits are capable of maintaining that high level of coherence in world consciousness. Know this by a sample, by a token of the evidence, which will be in the characteristics of India. When the Indian government becomes a Vedic government, then know that the world is going to be a Vedic worlda world of wisdom, a world of coherence, a world of no suffering, a world of no problems, and a world of no shortcomings. `Dr Hagelin, give my standard gift to the world press today. Ask the world press to watch whenhow many days, or how many weeks, or how many months, or how many years, or how many centuriesthese Vedic Pandits take to produce a Vedic India, a Vedic world. `Now the lamp is there, but the lamp is not lighted. How much time does it take to light the lamp? It takes some time to bring some oil from somewhere and the wick from somewhere. These two, three things it takes, and the lamp is ready to be lit. `Exactly the same thing: some Yagyas, some Rig Veda, Sama Veda, Yajur Veda, Atharva Veda, and the Panchadevatas, Bhagavan Vishnu, Shiva, Rudra. It has its own language. All these Grahas, some Graha-shanti, are the different constituents. When they are all put together, how much time will it take? Not much time. Then, once the light is lit, darkness is over. `This is going to be the miracle now. Who will create this miracle?
