And not ever one is fortunate enough to be able to afford to do alot this stuff. We all go through cycles of affluence and non-affluence. If I had the income back during the boom I would have already remodeled this house quite a bit or had a state of the art eco-home built. We need a global wide revolution to put an end to un-bridled capitalism which through greed is destroying the planet.
